What If Dave Matthews Rocked?

Category: Musical Travesties! | No comments

I only called this anything to do with Dave, because I thought the acoustic guitar lines sounded like something he’d write. Again…I’m using just two discs of samples, and trying to do something with a bit of variety.  This is more “Rock” based than the other stuff.  I wanted to do something a bit more down tempo. This track was done in mock-tribute to Zombie. Lots of people came to me and asked “If you can do it…is it really that impressive?”

…thanks

I put this together in an attempt to do something “Rock” based. Again…with only two discs of samples, my options were somewhat limited. Thus…the title of the track.  I changed keys on the bass tracks a couple of times, and added a vocal sample for fun. Came out OK. Simple. But, fun.
