A little ditty I put together during the downtime prior to the release of “St. Anger.” You might recall that James was going through some tough personal issues. I never mean any malice when I write these things. I just want people to laugh. Most of the time, the bands get it. Here’s a song parody from the Boston Red Sox 2004 World Series run. Set to the tune of Shinedown’s hit tune, and referencing Sox ace pitcher Pedro Martinez’ jersey number. I think the band has heard it. Fun Fact: WAAF is where Shinedown did the first acoustic performance of “Simple Man,” that exploded nationally.
