A little perspective may be in order. Rio Linda, was the &#8220;Whiskey Tango&#8221; section of Sacramento. It wasn&#8217;t uncommon to see couches on the front lawn as lawn furniture. Or, a goat, tied to a car rim. It was pure awesomeness. And, everyone made fun of it. Hell..if you&#8217;re a Rush Limbaugh fan (GET OFF MY PAGE!!!), you&#8217;ve heard him make fun of it. It really is a special place.
